Log in to your KOTTY account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
